Ukraine: up to 80% state support for land reclamation
Since October 12 the State Agrarian Register (DAR) has been accepting applications for support to farmers using reclaimed (irrigated or drained) land and to water-user organisations. Applications are open until October 31 inclusive, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy reports.

Part of the cost of repairing, rebuilding or constructing reclamation systems, infrastructure and pumping stations commissioned between November 1, 2025 and October 31, 2026 is reimbursed. Sprinkler machines are not counted. Applications are filed in the DAR personal account ("Available programmes") with a qualified e-signature. From 2027 the per-hectare cap will be indexed to inflation.
