Ukraine: critical-importance status for agribusinesses
As of October 19, the State Agrarian Register (SAR) has resumed accepting applications to designate agribusiness enterprises as critically important. The Ministry of Agrarian Policy announced this the same day.

Applications are accepted under the updated industry criteria set out in the Ministry of Agrarian Policy's Order No. 11 of September 2, 2026, taking into account Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 76 of January 27, 2023. Orders on critical importance previously issued by the Ministry of Economy remain in force for the period for which they were granted. Before applying, the ministry advises checking the enterprise against the current criteria.
